Geometric Add-on

Client’s primary tattoo artist moved away without telling them years before. She wanted to complete her sleeve that was initially based on Pacific Northwest fauna. She requested I design artwork to fill in all the empty areas and really loved fractal geometric art. I used the traditional Japanese asanoha pattern as well as art nouveau and mandala-inspired geometric shapes and shading.
